Journey Together Farm is in its fledgling stage. We are in need of partners who believe in our cause and want to help make it a reality.
It will take us all, from those supporting the mission financially to those coaching the participants, to realize dreams and strengthen our community.

To see individuals grow in self-confidence, leadership, empathy and love - to empower the individual to realize their own dreams and passions -- to follow their heart. When each individual is following their heart they can contribute to the community with the unique talents they have.
